Rare Drop ("we", "us", or "our") designs, produces, and manages live experiences, esports programs, and creator-driven activations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit raredrop.co (the "Site").

We collect a minimal amount of information, and only when you choose to provide it:

• Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we collect your email address, the inquiry type you select, and the message you write.
• Technical details included with submissions. To help us prevent abuse and respond appropriately, each contact form submission also includes your IP address, your browser's user agent string, and the date and time of submission.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and operational purposes.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through the Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiries and correspond with you about projects, partnerships, press, or careers;

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email. They are not stored in a database on the Site.

• Social media links. The Site links to our profiles on X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitch, and Facebook. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Emails generated by the contact form are retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business correspondence. Session data expires when you close your browser. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention schedule.
